The death penalty is a good thing to have in our society because it saves the tax payers money it also has the criminal pay for what they have done. so if they have done the crime they should pay the price. if people dont want the death penalty then they will have to pay a lot so they spend the rest of their lives in jail.

I think jail is a better bet for doing an awful crime, who has the ability to take someones life? and why should they have that ability? I would rather die than go to jail for the rest of my life so it would be worse of a punishment if you do not let them die
ReplyDeleteI think it is not the right way to go. It's making us as bad as them and like brenden said it is a worse punishment being in jail forever than just dying.
