I believe the death penalty has it's faults because it is a human being and it doesn't make us any better than the murderer or rapist by killing them. Also what if it's an innocent person being put on death row and people didn't know until he is already executed? I think the crime unit needs to be fixed and made better for us to start using death penalty because we don't really know if it's going to be wrong or right and why risk someones life at times for a 50/50 opinion?

    that is how I feel also, nobody knows for sure if that person committed that crime, and nobody has the right to take someones life.

    People should die for what they have done they don't deserve to live if they committed a crime that is necessary of the death penalty to be involved.
