I really liked Ken Robinsons video, he made a lot of very good points in what he said. Like when he was talking about the outdated way of teaching, and the adhd epidemic. Those two points right there really caught my eye. I never realized how much doctors where drugging kids just to make them sit down and shut up. like it seems like teachers, parents and doctors are fed up with bad kids and they just do not want to deal with them, so the adderall will make them easy to deal with. And with the outdated way of teaching it never really crossed my mind how we could change how we teach in school, a lot of things have changed since when they made school, so it seem like schools could change up their teaching styles.

I like his points also and I strongly believe in them, the adhd thing is something I understand because my friend was diagnosed but they put it in his had his incapable of achieving as much as other kids and give him medication saying that it will help but all it does is make him moody and he struggles in school.
ReplyDeleteAnd that right there proves to me that sometimes the medication doesn't even work, and the way they make the medication seem is that it makes you smarter so being medicated would make me feel like that too im sure
